If your order status is 'Pending' or 'In Progress', we can amend or cancel it. If your order status is 'Dispatched', it cannot be amended or cancelled. However, if it meets the conditions for returns and exchanges, you may return it in accordance with our returns and exchanges policy.
Please note that orders for customised items and furniture can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Furthermore, changes to items can only be made before the original order has been dispatched. Some items cannot be altered; please contact customer service if you have any queries.
