Standard Delivery Definition: Our service is Curbside Delivery. Items will be delivered to the building entrance or the first floor.
Note: We do not provide tailgate lifts or forklifts for unloading. For oversized items, unloading is the customer's responsibility unless White-Glove service is arranged.

Order Tracking, Inspection & Claims
Tracking Your Order: As soon as your shipment is collected by our local courier, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can check your delivery status at any time via our Order Tracking Page.
Received Something That Isn't Right? We ask that you inspect your items upon arrival. If anything looks damaged or is not as expected, please get in touch with us right away — the sooner you let us know, the faster we can sort things out for you. Send photos and a description to support@kaguyasu.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. For full details on returns, please see our Refund Policy.

⚠️ Important — Recipient-Caused Delivery Failures & Returns:
If a delivery attempt fails or a shipment is returned due to reasons on the recipient's side — such as an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or unavailability at the time of delivery — any resulting return shipping fees and re-delivery charges will be the responsibility of the original sender. We strongly recommend ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address on the scheduled date, and that all address details provided at checkout are accurate.
Force Majeure Clause: Occasionally, events entirely outside anyone's control can affect shipments. In situations involving natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, or typhoons), severe weather conditions, strikes, acts of government or customs authorities, or other unforeseen extraordinary events, KAGUYASU and its logistics partners are not in a position to accept liability for resulting delays or losses. In such cases, we will always communicate with you as transparently and promptly as possible, and do everything we can to assist in resolving the situation.
